Transformational Coaching

Synopsis

Transformational Coaching is a declaration that the days of business as usual are over for the ministry and marketplace leader who wants to live and finish well. Written with a compelling call to bridge the work world of the 21st century leader to the leader's heart, it points to the role of coaching in dynamic transformational change. This change will happen only in the context of authentic relationships that penetrate to the core of who we are and what we are to become. The transformational coaching relationship, like the spiritual father, mother, and mentor of past generations, exhibits the effectiveness of moving beyond informing to forming, reforming, and even transforming. As relationships require a powerful connection at a heart-to-heart level, coaching builds the bridges that impact, connect, and provide resources to the ministry and marketplace to advance the Kingdom of God. This book will ruin you for the ordinary!
