Author Biography

Taliba Falaq

Taliba Falaq is a 53-year-old child of God. She was born in Emerson Arkansas, but has lived in Illinois since age 9. She is a member of Brown Chapel A.M.E. Church where she sings in the Celestial Choir. She is a very warm-hearted and caring person who strives to live by the word of God. Her desire is to please God is implemented in weekly Bible Studies with her family. She loves sharing her faith in God with all she meets. Taliba works as a social Skills Advisor at the Job Corp Corporation, in Joliet IL, a training school for disadvantaged young people. Her expertise's are uplifting and exhorting young people to become productive in society. She is dedicated to her work and the students, helping them to learn and practice the application of leadership and self-control in their daily lives. She has a degree in psychology and has traveled to many states. Taliba is a free spirited person and a true God Chaser. She is currently working on her second book, Invisible Shield. She is the mother of five children; three daughters and two sons. She resides in her home in Lockport, Illinois, outside Chicago, letting God use and direct her life.
